General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipping to around 200 countries

We’re proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to.Primarily, since we are compliant with OFAC regulations, we are unable to ship to sanctioned countries which are currently the following :

  • The Republic of Cuba
  • The Islamic Republic of Iran
  • The State of Libya
  • The Republic of Sudan
  • The Syrian Arab Republic
  • The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

This list of countries can be updated without any notice at any moment by OFAC and will be applied immediately. Check the official OFAC website for the latest updates.

Also due to political/regional and or other reasons, we currently do not ship/sell to the following countries :

Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, China, Antarctica, Afghanistan, Cuba, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Central African Republic, Christmas Island, Equatorial Guinea, Haiti, Heard Island And McDonald Islands, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Lao, Liberia, Libya, Pakistan, Serbia, Montenegro, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Ivory Coast, Burma (Myanmar) and Crimea.

Shipping Costs

We are currently offering free worldwide shipping on all orders.

We don’t charge any sales tax, but under exceptional circumstances, depending on the province or territory to which the item is shipped, you may have to pay a certain amount

Customs

While normally there won’t be any custom fees associated with your order, In some rare cases in certain countries you might have to pay a certain amount.  By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. These fees are payable above a certain threshold and vary from country to country.

Shipping Time

An estimated shipping time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-5 business days of the date of your order ( P.N : Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays )

Please note that due to the recent covid-19 impact on the world, there might be shipping delays on your order. It could take more than the estimated time stated to you at the time of your order, in which case please contact us

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information needs some days to be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Damaged / Lost  Items in Transport
