Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective date – July 01, 2022
Our Refund & Returns Policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any type of refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We advise you to use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.
- All customers must contact us for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- https://skolbartending.com/ will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification given to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In the case of a Return or Exchange, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (The complete refund process normally takes about 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of refund, but it could sometimes take up to 30 days to show up in your bank account)
** P.N : The bank processing fee (which is 3.5% of the sum of your order ) might not be refunded **
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items Exception
Only regular priced items may be returned / refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Also we may refund you back in the following circumstances :
1) If there is a duplicate payment made from your part due to an error, technical glitch or a mistake.
2) If we consider the Refund as necessary due to exceptional circumstances and this will happen per our sole discretion.
We only accept to Exchange items if they arrive to you defective or damaged ( due to shipping mishandling or a manufacturing error from our part )
If such an event happens please contact us at email@example.com and send us images with proof of such defection/damage.
After which our support team will inspect your case and based on the provided evidence from your part we will make a well though judgement.
If we agree to the exchange after verifying it, we guide you through the next steps via e-mail ( whether you will also need to send us the product back to our factory or not, we will provide you with the address and any other required information )
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you ( Coupon, Product or any other )
Then we do not under any circumstance accept to Return or Exchange it.
You will be responsible for sending & paying the shipping costs of the returned item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your return may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
