In rare cases where we experience significant shipping delays we can’t offer a refund while the package is still in transit.

Business days are working days ( Monday to Friday ) and may exclude international or local holidays.

  • How do I know my package has shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your package has been shipped.

  • When will I receive tracking information ?

You tracking number will either be attached to the same confirmation email or you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been processed.

  • Can I Return my order ?

Of course! Shopping  should be a fun and enjoyable experience, so don’t stress out if your item is not a perfect match. You can return it for a refund, within 60 days of ordering it.

For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

As soon as we receive the return from you, we will process the refund.

  • What happens if I receive an item that is damaged or defective ?

We know how frustrating this situation can be. If your item arrives damaged or defective you are eligible for an exchange of the item.

In your email please include a clear photo of the item showing that it is damaged or defective.  Be sure to complete this process within 60 days of the order date.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

  • How do I Return an item ?

Please contact us in order to complete a return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and send you the address of our warehouse.

If you can provide a tracking number on the returned package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the product and when we receive it.

  • How long does it take to process a Refund ?

After we receive your return, if we validate it then the complete refund process normally takes about 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund, but it could sometimes take up to 30 days to show up in your bank account

  • It has been longer then the expected delivery time, where is my order ?

The delivery time written in our Shipping & Delivery Policy is merely an estimate, sometimes delays can happened due to holidays or international events. In such case we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

If that happens to you, please contact us and we will clarify the reasons of the delay.

  • I have not received a part of my order ?

If you ordered multiple items, it is possible that the goods are shipped as separate packages.

If this is the case for your order you will receive an email for each item via our automated tracking system and each item will be assigned separate tracking number.

  • The size, color or shape of my order is not what I expected

The images & dimensions that you see on our website are estimations and close comparisons to the actual real shape of the item. Please understand that sometimes there could be a measuring or color difference from what you see here, on the actual product it self.

    Perfect Classic Glass
    This type of glassware is simply the best. The design is classic and goes well with every other glassware. They are are tall and elegant, like you would expect from a collins glass. The edgy design takes it to the next level. Every home bar needs a set of these!

    These glasses are simply stunning especially with a cocktail inside them. Very well made and quality products. I use them as bar glassware, not everyday but you could certainly use them daily. I recommend them and would order them again if needed.
