Effective date – July 1, 2022
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is an integral part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Please note that once 60 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- In its original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure guaranteed delivery of the returned item to us. We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost in transit or not delivered to us.
Before sending any item back, customers must contact us for approval. We are not responsible for any returned items without prior notification.
To process your return, we will require the returned item(s) to be received at our warehouse. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., Order ID) via email.
In cases of returns or exchanges, customers will be responsible for all associated shipping fees. Our warehouse address will be provided via email once we approve your return/exchange request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that the complete refund process typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation. However, in some cases, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your bank account due to processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank as there could be some additional processing time before the refund shows up.

Sale Items Exception
Only regular-priced items can be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Other Refund Circumstances
In certain cases, we may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment was made due to an error, technical glitch, or mistake, we will issue a refund for the extra payment.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may also be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged, either due to shipping mishandling or a manufacturing error on our part.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:
Contact us immediately at support@skolbartending.com with the following information:
- Clear images showing the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our support team will inspect your case: We will assess the images and details provided to determine the cause of the defect or damage. Based on this evaluation, we will decide if an exchange is necessary.
If your exchange is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. This may include:
- Whether the damaged or defective item needs to be returned to our warehouse.
- Providing you with the return address, instructions, and any other necessary information for the exchange process.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for items that are returned due to reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, whether it’s a coupon, product, or any other item, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The time it takes for us to receive your return may vary depending on your location.
For expensive items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for any lost returns.
