About this item:
- The Pyramid Ice Pick is a very handy tool that you can use to break up big pieces of ice into smaller ones that can fit in your glasses or cups.
- The majority of cocktails not only require but are also tastier when you add ice into the mix, which is why you will find your self using it very often.
- Featuring a pyramid shaped wooden handle that is easy to grip and won’t slip off when you’re holding it.
- The blade or the sharp edge is made of high quality stainless steel ( Be careful when you’re using it not to stab your self as it can easily injure )
- Quite easy to use, simply tap the sharp head of the ice pick across the slab or the block of ice to etch a shallow groove.
Then point at the groove’s center and continuously hit until it breaks in half. Keep doing this until you reach the desired size for the ice block. - Not only is it made for ice, you can also use it to break blocks of chocolate for example or to make holes in wood or leather etc…

For a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sköl does not cover the cost of return shipping.

- What happens if I receive an item that is damaged or defective ?
We know how frustrating this situation can be. If your item arrives damaged or defective you are eligible for an exchange of the item.

In your email please include a clear photo of the item showing that it is damaged or defective. Be sure to complete this process within 60 days of the order date.

- How do I Return an item ?
Please contact us to complete a return. We will provide return instructions for you and send you the address of our warehouse.
Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer !
If you can include a tracking number for us for the return package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible !
Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the product and when we receive it.
- How long does it take to process a Refund ?
The complete refund process normally takes about 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of refund, but it could sometimes take up to 30 days to show up in your bank account

- It has been longer then the expected delivery time, where is my order ?

- I have not received a part of my order ?
If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped separately from our different warehouses.
If this is the case for your order you will receive an email for each item via our automated tracking system and each item will be assigned separate tracking number.
- The size, color or shape of my order is not what I expected
