We currently provide FREE worldwide shipping.

• How long will shipping take ?

The shipping time will vary by location. The following is an estimate. For more information regarding this matter please check our Shipping & Delivery policy

In rare cases where we experience significant shipping delays, we can’t offer a refund while the package is still in transit.

However, if your order does not arrive within 90 days we can give you a full refund.

• What are business days?

Business days are working days (Monday to Friday) and may exclude international or local holidays.

• How do I know my package has shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your package has been shipped.

• When will I receive tracking information?

Of course! Shopping should be a fun and enjoyable experience, so don’t stress out if your item is not a perfect match. You can return it for a refund, within 60 days of ordering it.

For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

As soon as we receive the return from you, we will process the refund.

• What happens if I receive an item that is damaged or defective?

We know how frustrating this situation can be. If your item arrives damaged or defective you are eligible for an exchange of the item.

If such an event happens, please contact us at support@skolbartending.com

In your email, please include a clear photo of the item showing that it is damaged or defective.  Be sure to complete this process within 60 days of the order date.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

• How do I Return an item?

Please contact us in order to complete a return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and send you the address of our warehouse.

If you can provide a tracking number on the returned package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the product and when we receive it.

• How long does it take to process a Refund?

After we receive your return, if we validate it then the complete refund process normally takes about 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund, but it could sometimes take up to 30 days to show up in your bank account

Please email us at support@skolbartending.com if you have not received your refund within 30 days of it being processed.

• It has been longer than the expected delivery time, where is my order?

The delivery time written in our Shipping & Delivery Policy is merely an estimate, sometimes delays can happen due to holidays or international events. In such case we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

If that happens to you, please contact us and we will clarify the reasons of the delay.
