Are you ready for this one ? No seriously… get your self ready ! This cocktail will definitely leave an impression on you, your friends/guests/family or whoever tastes it !

Why are we warning you ?

The reason is simple ” It’s HOT “

Now if you are from a country that is used to swallowing chili peppers whole, then you can ignore this warning.

But ! If you are like the rest of us you will definitely feel the intensity of this drink.

It’s made of vodka, cranberry juice, simple syrup & Tabasco

Preparation

Ingredients

60 ml ( 2 oz ) Vodka
45 ml ( 1.5 oz ) Cranberry Juice
15 ml ( 0.5 oz ) Simple Syrup
3 dashes Tabasco

Garnish : Olives & Pepper slices on a Cocktail Pick

How to do it

  1. Add ice cubes to The Clear Sky Mixing Glass using the stainless steel ice scoop
  2. Pour in the vodka, cranberry & simple syrup using the Viny double jigger, then add 3 dashes of Tabasco
  3. Stir the mix well
  4. Strain into the Deviated Flute Glass using the Rigid Handle Hawthorne Strainer
  5. Garnish using olives & pepper slices on a cocktail pick

Tip : Don’t forget to pre-chill the glass before making this cocktail whenever you can.

The reason pre-chilling is so common and important is because the temperature of a glass has a lot of impact on the drink as well as the person it is served to ( it triggers an emotional reaction to the drink when the person drinking it’s lips touch the cold/freezing rim of the glass )
