Looking for a bold red cocktail that grabs attention and delivers on flavor?

Where Does the Small Dinger Come From?

The Small Dinger may not have decades of history behind it, but it definitely earns its place behind the bar.

A modern creation that leans into visual flair, it uses grenadine for that signature ruby hue — a go-to trick in eye-catching cocktails.

The combination of white rum and gin brings both body and bite, while the squeeze of lemon cuts the sweetness with just enough zing.

Typically served in a martini or coupe glass, it’s a conversation starter as much as a drink.

Let's make one and try it !
Ingredients

20 ml ( 0.66 oz ) White Rum
20 ml ( 0.66 oz ) Gin
10 ml ( 0.33 oz ) Grenadine
Half Lemon Squeezed

How to do it
  1. Pre-chill the Glass
  2. Pour the White Rum, Gin, Grenadine & Half Lemon Squeeze into the shaker using a Jigger & a Lemon squeezer
  3. Add ice cubes into the shaker
  4. Shake Well!
  5. Strain the cocktail into the glass using the shaker’s built-in strainer
Salut !
Should You Pre-Chill the Glass?

Yes and here’s how. To chill your glass on the spot, just fill it with ice and let it sit while you mix your drink.

Want to plan ahead?

Pop the glasses in the fridge 30 minutes before serving. A chilled glass keeps your cocktail cool longer and makes each sip even more refreshing. Trust us, that cold rim makes a difference with the Small Dinger.
