The Sweet Smoker Cocktail: A Smoky, Cinnamon-Infused Whisky Delight

If you love whisky with a little heat and a lot of flavor, the Sweet Smoker will blow you away.

This signature cocktail infuses cinnamon, citrus, and fire to create a bold drink with a dramatic twist. It’s rich, aromatic, and perfect for impressing guests or elevating your next night in.

Let’s break down the flavor, fire, and how to make it.

" The Sweet Smoker "

🔥 Whisky, Fire, and Flavor

The Sweet Smoker is one of our most unique creations — a smoky, sweet, and spicy whisky cocktail that doesn’t just taste great but feels theatrical.

It starts with a base of your favorite whisky, paired with Cinnamon Red liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of brown sugar. What sets it apart? The flame. Before pouring the cocktail, you smoke the inside of the glass using a burning cinnamon stick, creating a warm, aromatic base that infuses the drink with toasty spice.

This technique isn’t just for show. Cinnamon smoke adds depth and subtle sweetness that plays beautifully against the boldness of the whisky. Combined with tart citrus and sugar, it’s a balanced drink that feels both modern and primal — like sipping a campfire in a glass.

Invented in-house, the Sweet Smoker is a favorite for whisky lovers who want something beyond the ordinary. It’s cozy, fiery, and unforgettable.

Here's how you can do it yourself

🔥 Cinnamon Smoke 101

Lighting a cinnamon stick releases warm, woody oils that elevate whisky cocktails.

Use tongs to safely torch one end, then trap the smoke inside your glass by placing it upside down over the stick for 30–60 seconds.

You’ll not only flavor the glass — you’ll fill the room with cozy, spicy aroma.

Pro tip: Use heatproof surfaces and don’t walk away while it’s lit!
