" Elixir of Angels "

What is this beautiful cocktail made of ?

It was inspired from the Liquid Marijuana cocktail with the majority of the ingredients but we gave it a twist of our own.

We muddled lemon slices with some brown sugar & then added the White Rum, Blue Curacao, Melon Liqueur & Pineapple Juice.

Shaked with ice & served into a glass full of crushed ice. You’re going to love the green heavenly color and texture of this drink

Let's show you
how we did it

Is there a proper way to muddle things ?

Depending on the ingredients you will be muddling, you might have to use different equipment and a different style of muddling.

For instance, in this cocktail we were muddling brown sugar on top of lemon slices which are hard fruits that require a lot of force for them to squeeze out their juice, which is why we chose a Sharp Teeth Muddler ( It’s a strong piece of equipment ) and we muddled them quite hard inside the shaker.

However had we have been muddling mint leaves we would chose a flat surfaced wooden muddler and just barely squeezed the oils out of them instead of muddling hard like we did here. Because otherwise it would release bitterness into the cocktail.

What's your favorite muddling tool out of them all ?
