The Happy Boy Cocktail Recipe & Tutorial
To please your man, serve him this refreshing cocktail & we can almost assure you he’s gonna become a
" Happy Boy "
How did we come up with this cocktail ?
It was inspired from a popular drink called the ” Wonder Bra ” which is also made from Gin, Triple Sec & Pineapple Juice.
We chose to fill half the glass with those ingredients and then top up with soda water for a more diluted & refreshing mix that you could enjoy even on an empty stomach ! ( okay maybe you don’t want to do that )
Without further ado, let's do it together !
Ingredients
45 ml ( 1.5 oz ) Gin
22.5 ml ( 0.75 oz ) Triple Sec
30 ml ( 1 oz ) Pineapple Juice
Top up with Soda Water
Garnish : Happy Boy Cocktail Stick
How to do it
- Pour the Gin, Triple Sec & Pineapple Juice into the Beauty Shaker using the Thick Double Jigger
- Add ice & Shake Well
- Fill up the Tropical Snake Tail Glass with Crushed ice from the Manual ice crusher machine
- Strain the mix into the glass using the Rigid Hawthorne Strainer
- Top up with Soda Water
- Garnish with a Happy Boy Cocktail Stick

Shaking Pineapple Juice
Whenever your cocktail has Pineapple Juice as one of the ingredients you’re going to need to shake it as we always say cocktails that have creams, citrus & juice ( or any other heavy ingredients ) should always be shaken for the ingredients to mix up well.
You should however not always shake too hard with this specific juice since it makes quite a lot of foam and it could ruin the texture of your cocktail unless you’re intentionally going for a foamy look.
