How did we come up with this cocktail ?
The Happy Boy was inspired by a lesser-known but cheeky cocktail called the Wonder Bra, made with gin, triple sec, and pineapple juice.
We loved its bold, tropical base — but wanted something a bit lighter and more sessionable. So, we kept the core flavors and added soda water for a bubbly finish that’s perfect for sipping any time of day.
It’s light, fruity, and goes down smooth — even on an empty stomach (though we don’t officially recommend that 😄).
Fun, easygoing, and just a little flirty — The Happy Boy is all about feel-good vibes in a glass.
Without further ado, let's do it together !
Ingredients
45 ml ( 1.5 oz ) Gin
22.5 ml ( 0.75 oz ) Triple Sec
30 ml ( 1 oz ) Pineapple Juice
Top up with Soda Water
Garnish : Happy Boy Cocktail Stick
How to do it
- Pour the Gin, Triple Sec & Pineapple Juice into the Shaker using a Jigger
- Add ice & Shake Well
- Fill up the glass with crushed ice
- Strain the mix into the glass using a strainer
- Top up with Soda Water
- Garnish with a Happy Boy Cocktail Stick

Shake pineapple juice gently not aggressively.
Pineapple creates foam fast, so a light shake is all you need to mix it well without over-frothing.
You want fresh and smooth, not a bubble bath!
